Shivaay is an upcoming 2016 Indian action film directed and produced by Ajay Devgn under his banner Ajay Devgn Films. Besides directing, he has also written the story. Devgn also stars in the film along with Sayyeshaa Saigal and Erika Kaar as female leads. Mithoon composed the film's score and soundtrack.
